This project is a themed ride that guides you through the story based off of the Disney movie Frozen. It is a magical, highly detailed project that will be a beautiful addition to the Tokyo DisneySea portfolio once completed.
For this project, I was part of the show set team that modeled each of the scenes (rooms), you move through as you progress through the ride. We used the programs Revit and Rhino to 3D model each of the set pieces and brought them into Navisworks for collision and coordination efforts. Once the pieces were modeled, we brought them together in Revit to create construction drawings and a extensive bid package. On top of the computer work, I attended vendor visits to build out and practice construction techniques for scene mockups of our trickier show pieces. My team also utilized AR and VR to help our creative and artistic directors visualize and physically experience the progress of the ride. In addition, I attended physical scale modeling coordination efforts and was in charge of lighting coordination for the project. One of my proudest pieces I aided in was the modeling of the Ice Palace which you can see in the overall concept art.
Moana, Journey of Water
Walt Disney World | Orlando, FL
Epcot Theme Park | Under Construction Expected Opening, 2023
Revit
Rhino
Navisworks
This water-inspired, Moana themed walking path is glittered with special effects, lighting, audio, structure, and a multitude of other disciplines. For this project, I was a part of a small show set team where I was the primary Revit modeler and BIM Manager. This project required extensive interdepartmental coordination to ensure all of the effects are hidden properly and discrete due to close proximity to guests. Some of my key responsibilities included construction documentation, Revit and Rhino modeling, Revit management, and overall coordination of the project.
Spider-Man Web Slingers
Disneyland | Anaheim, CA
Avenger's Campus | Opened June 2021
Revit
Adobe Suite
The new Disneyland Avengers expansion includes an interactive Spider-Man themed ride, Web-Slingers. Where you can sling webs like Spider-Man. I was a part of the props/set design team that equipped the ride with cinematic quality assets that help make the show come to life. The props scope focuses on the ride queue and introduction portion of the ride where most assets are in guest reach. Each item has to be carefully adapted to not be a safety hazard to guests as they travel through the Spider-Man experience. The objects were meticulously curated, selected and often customized by an outside vendor to align the vision of the creative director to the Marvel universe. I was the primary manager for graphic coordination efforts and participated in the frequent vendor visits and check-ins.
Once the pieces were bought off, they were meticulously documented and photographed before being packed and shipped to the site warehouse. Upon arrival, we selected each of the pieces needed for installation and pulled them depending on the construction schedule. In the field, I directed the installation, attachment points, and positioning of the props alongside the creative director.
In addition to the ride, I assisted in the design, production and coordination of the Web Suppliers merchandise store. These buildings along with the rest of the Avengers expansion opened the first week of June 2021.

Toy Friends Square:
The courtyard, accessed from the lobby, features statues of Woody, Bo Peep and other Toy Story characters.
Slinky Dog Park:
